Nigerian singer, Oritsefemi, has revealed that his wife, Nabila Fash will prefer to have him for herself alone and doesn’t allow ladies near him. In an encounter with Sunday Scoop, Oristsefemi admitted that there were certain things he could before he got married but he is not capable of doing anymore immediately after he got wedded.
He said, “There are certain things I cannot do again because I am married. I respect my wife a lot. Though I still hang out with my male friends, I cannot do that with ladies any longer. My wife does not even allow ladies come near me. She makes it clear to them that I am her husband and they should stay away.” The singer, however, rubbished claims that marriage makes male musicians lose their female fans. He said, “Ladies will still want you but they won’t show it publicly once they know you are married. Some of these ladies prefer married men to single men.
It would be recalled that the singer abandoned plans to have a destination wedding because of his interest in involving his close friends and family. The wedding reception was held at The Ark, Okunde Blue Water Drive, Lekki, Lagos. This happened eight months after their court marriage. Oritsefemi shelved an earlier plan to hold the ceremony at an exclusive destination due to his intentions to have his family and close friends participate in the event.
It has been a gradual build-up to the wedding between him and Fash who is a PR expert working with cable company, Multichoice. It never mattered to the bride that her husband already fathers three grown-ups. A lack of attention to this detail may have spurred an intense amount of reference to his light-skinned lady who has been a subject of various discussions on social media, especially on image sharing platform, Instagram.
